The Manufacturing Process: Our dedicated and sustainable production begins by digitally designing the frames, which are then sent to the 3D printer. Layer by layer, a laser machine solidifies the frames, resulting in a meticulous creation that takes approximately 24 hours to complete.

We utilize polyamide, a robust and durable material, in the 3D printing process. With approximately 350 layers meticulously stacked, our frames are built with precision and minimal waste.

To enhance the aesthetics, specially curated colors permeate the original white material, resulting in a uniform and resilient frame. These high-quality German dyes are skin-friendly, ISO certified, and resistant to heat and light.

If your frames become soiled, simply wash them with water and dry them using a microfiber optical lens cleaning cloth. In the case of excessive dirt, rinse them with a mild liquid soap solution or water. Avoid wiping the frames with a dry cloth, as this may damage the lenses and frame.
